RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eco by Design is proud to offer high quality products. We will accept returns on damaged goods within 14 days after you received your items, so please make sure to inspect your items immediately after receiving them. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

Please contact us at returns@ecobydesign.org. Reference your name, contact information and order number. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has been received. Upon receipt of your package, we will process your credit or refund. Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered
by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless an item arrived defective or damaged.
